+ For women: taller than 150 cm weighs 45kg or more.

♦  Health Condition Requirements:

  • There are no relatives in the household living illegally in Korea

  • Not belonging to regions banned from entry into Korea or banned from exit Vietnam.

The process of going to Korean labor export under the EPS program

1. Must take Korean language course

In addition to the conditions necessary to participate in the Korean labor program, workers must learn Korean to qualify for the Korean proficiency test. The Korean language test is to select those who are allowed to work as Korean labor export under the EPS program. Workers must prepare carefully before taking the exam because this is the only program organized for Vietnamese workers to work in Korea.

2. Join exam Korean National

To register the professions that suit you, you must base on your health, ability, qualifications, experience and skills. Avoid the case when the application for admission, then the registration industry will not be changed anymore.

The location of the Korean language exam will be announced by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in 63 cities and provinces across the country. You should pay attention to the registration schedule for taking the EPS exam, you must personally register with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The fee for Korean Language Exam is 17 USD / person.
After the exam ends, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam announces the results. Labor will be selected on the principle of taking down a high score to apply for admission to Korea.

3. Submit application for admission:

After obtaining satisfactory results in Korean, employees must buy the application for admission at the local Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The employee must additionally fill in the necessary documents in the dossier and submit it directly to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. 
This profile will be checked, entered into the computer and sent to Korean labor recruitment fee to recommend to the employer the choice.

4. Sign the contract:

When the employee is chosen by the Korean employer, the labor contract will be signed, the foreign labor center will send a written notice to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Before coming to Korea to work, selected workers are required to attend a refresher course before leaving Vietnam.

5. Paying fees, attending necessary training courses for exit and exit:

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, employees will have to pay 630 USD when they receive the notice of matriculation. This includes all training, instruction, documentation, Visa and air fares.

6. Exit procedures

Note:   Workers on exit must pay and bring the following:
Workers on exit to Korea bring 500 USD including 50 USD – hedging insurance, 450 USD – recovery costs If the employee terminates the contract on time, the money will be used to buy a return flight ticket

– Clothing cost: 280,000 summer dresses or 300,000 winter costumes.

– Deposits to the labor export support fund as prescribed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam: VND 100,000.
